Masai Mara, Wonderful Destination!
Masai Mara is a game reserve located in the southwestern part of Kenya. It offers excellent opportunities for safaris and game viewing. The park is also home to a lot of endangered species and some of the most iconic animals in Africa.
The Masai Mara National Reserve is approximately 1,600 square kilometers (620 square miles) in size and was established as a national park on 1 July 1961. The reserve has been managed by the Kenya Wildlife Service since 1976, when Kenyan President Jomo Kenyatta signed an agreement with local Maasai landowners to establish it as a national park.
